Shipments will be made within 24/48h working hours after receipt of the order.
Deliveries will be made within 24/48h business hours after the date of shipment to most locations in Italy. Areas that are not easily accessible may require an additional 24h for delivery.
RESO MERCE
The right of withdrawal can be exercised without penalty and without having to specify the reason within 15 days of receipt of the goods by sending an email to info@revyta.it or from the appropriate section of the user panel.
Instructions for the merchandise return procedure will then be given.
It is specified that shipping costs for returning goods, are the responsibility of the user.
To exercise withdrawal, it is essential that the goods are undamaged and that the item has its original packaging with all tags attached.
The amount of the purchased good, will be refunded within 30 days after the return of the goods.
CAMBIO MERCE e/o RIMBORSO
In case of exercising the right of return for exchange of goods, the procedure to be followed is as follows:
- Scrivi una mail a info@revyta.it entro 2 giorni dal ricevimento del prodotto descrivendo le motivazioni che hanno portato all’apertura della procedura di reso.
- Segui le modalità di procedura di reso come da comunicazione ricevuta dal nostro servizio clienti.
- Assicurati che i prodotti siano nelle stesse condizioni in cui li hai ricevuti, con tutti i cartellini apposti.
Remember that you can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order. We will only replace or refund items returned according to the instructions. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
The return of the product must be made within 48 hours after receiving the email from our customer care with the procedures to be followed (the date indicated on the postmark or the courier’s transport document will be the date).
The return will be handled within 3-4 business days after the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse. Within the same period, the outcome of the same will be communicated (acceptance with replacement of the product or refund if replacement is not possible). Refunds are made through bank transfer or Paypal refund.
Product return costs for merchandise exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. In case of changing goods, the shipping of the new product to the customer is free of charge in Italy for one time (excluding smaller islands, Venice lagoon and Sardinia).
In the sole case of selling customized product, a refund of the amount spent on the purchase may not occur.
